Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa Phuket - Sha Plus - Patong

Breakfast was yummy, the staff was pleasant. Quick room service. Night market was 3 km away from the hotel. No complaints, thank you for an awesome stay.

Service, comfort since my AC was not working for one night and was not well attended, rooms not being check well before check in, had to change room twice in my 3 day stay.

Very bad hotel, old and dirty

Dirty Bathroom. Dirty bed. Blocked toilet, no batery for tv control, no welcome once we entered the hotel and broken chair, window and walls.

Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Great location allowing both peace & quiet, however lively entertainment within 10 minutes drive.

Oh the lovely ambience of the resort and the adventure on the cable car to the room...that was awesome//Great and friendly staff and hats off to their humbleness.The Pool and beach was so clean and is surrounded with great architecture and statues. The orchids were lovely and beautifully placed/Not to forget the Jacuzzi and spa and the view from the rooms//The tariff is not too heavy on the pocket. Loved the rain and thunderstorm from the room/It was a great place of relaxation and greatful to the person for building a home away from home//Have already made aware of the awesomeness of the Beach village to my friends and colleagues.

No complaints at all...only a suggestion...to run a hotel transfer for a nominal cost would be great//

We enjoy the swimming pool and the private beach.

The doors are to short. There are a lot of gecko, which ones can enter into the room. It's not confortable sleep with a gecko in the room. The employers don't speak english, so it's complicated ask for something in the hotel. When we did the check in they asked us to the credit card and they made a integral copy of it (so be careful, because it will be possible to make shopping on internet with your credit card).

Situated in a beautiful place, amazing garden all fascilities well done. Staff were extremenly welcoming and helpful

I did have to pay and extra $97 on arrival and was really too tired to quiestion it - not sure what it was for - so when I booked I was under the impression that I have paid for everything. Also had small problem with luggage once I checked out and was waiting for taxi but when it arrived ( it was and hour and a half after check out ) my luggage was still in my room - everyone was very helpful so I didnt mind but becausr Im travelling with a small child - I like to be more organised so dont have to rush. But it was just a small hick up,

Bad beach (not good for swimming because of stony bottom). Very hire prices in spa and restrants. Room cleaning poor.

The room with a bathtub on the balcony was simply fabulous! The resort is lovely and is a really good value for money. We hoped to have more time.

The food was not really impressive at the Western restaurant and the overall setting more family oriented than intimate. The other Thai restaurant was great however but the staff did not speak english.

It has it's private beach, almost usable. Be on time for breakfast, since it's a main Thomas Cook destination, food shortage is usual after 9am. The largest poor in Phuket, but take your own towel...

No service (except if you arrive with a tour operator), the welcome arrival party is a full payment in advance upon arrival (even if you arrive tired at 11pm), pool is clean in the corners (but there are no corners), maybe staff is imported for no smile Island except if you book the expensive taxi with them...

The beach and the pool were nice

In urgent need of renovation and pricing policy review. The rooms are not comfortable and extremely old, appliances are rusty and the rooms smell like old caves. AC units are very noisy and the jakuzzi is dirty.

Food at most of the resturants was good, but over priced.

The hotel Beach Villa was is a sorry state of repair, the windows did not close this allowed mosquitoes into the room, 23 bites in the first 2 days, the walls and the bed covers were all dirty and had not been laundered correctly, there was no control over the temperature of the hot water. and upon checking out we entered the room to find a hotel employee rifling through our rucksack, wallet and personal belongings, when challenged he suddenly could not understand English and when we complained to the hotel they were uninterested in our complain and would not get the hotel manager for us to speak to. Entirely disappointing stay. We did attempt to raise our concerns directly with the hotel staff buy as noted above they were unable/unwill

Probably the beach view, gardens and pools.

Poor cleanliness of room (antz all through the villa, mold all over the bathroom tiles and sand in our bed sheets?), lack of staff assistance (tried to stick us into a 'sea-view' bungalow until my finance told the manager where to go- the only view we had at that stage was the back of another villa. 20 minutes later another villa became available...) and paying for internet useage. The Vibe of the resort is very poor and do not drink the milk (we watched staff stand around and talk, allowing the cats to lap milk from the outside tables saucers).
